With Over 40 Years of Experience,
We Are a Premier Construction Services Provider

Our focus is on superior customer satisfaction by providing safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions. In addition to EPC services, our business model includes delivery through strategic joint venture collaborations and alternative delivery contracts like design-build, best value, and BOP projects. The leadership and staff of The Wesson Group have four decades of significant heavy civil and infrastructure construction experience throughout the United States. Over the last two decades, our expertise has expanded to include marine and renewable energy, notably utility-scale wind and solar developments. It all began when Tim Delaney founded Delaney Construction in 1982. The next few decades saw Delaney Construction Corporation and The Delaney Group grow in size and gain expertise. In 2004, they won the contract to build the Maple Ridge Wind Farm in Lewis County, New York, with 195 turbines. That success motivated the acquisition of The Delaney Group by a publicly traded engineering firm. The firm retained Tim as its president and nearly tripled in revenue. In April 2013, Tim decided to launch his second construction services company—The Wesson Group. In the years since, The Wesson Group has served an expanding portfolio of industries, including wind and solar energy, heavy civil and infrastructure, and an increasing involvement in marine construction. We also continue to grow our proficiency in renewable energy markets including substation, transmission, and battery storage. Today, we are one of the premier construction services providers.
