Our culture for safety is second to none. The Wesson Group's commitment to safety is our unparalleled commitment to one another. I am most proud of the safety achievement of this organization. We have developed the resources, the culture, and the teams to the point where everybody respects safety, and the individuals that are at work for us every day, so much that we're willing to stop an entire project, if something is not going the way we feel it should be going. All of our people have authority to stop work that they're not comfortable with. At any given time. We not only talk about safety, but we live it. And we live it because I'll see it. One example is on the weekends, we'll share texts with each other about situations that have occurred. We talk about safety and why certain events have occurred throughout the world. We talk about how would this type of situation ever occur in our environment and if so, how would we treat it? How will we react to it and how can we prevent it from happening? Safety Excellence is really everybody coming to work with the same thing in mind. And that's working as a team and looking out for one another. At the end of the day, all that anybody wants is to be able to do is to go home, happy and proud with what they did. And in a safe manner. We promise to plan each day so everyone goes home safe at night, we promise to keep you safe. We promise to bring the safety practices we learn at work home to our families. We promise to check every detail. We promise to wear our PPE, no matter what. We promise to continue setting the bar for uncompromising safety and excellence in construction. We promise to empower each person to uphold the highest safety standards. We promise to do all that we can do to get you and I home safe at the end of the day. We promise to value everyone's input and opinions. The emotional safety is just as important as the physical safety. We promise the safest projects and to put family above all. We promise that your family member, our colleague, will return home in the same condition that they arrived in every day. Our Certified Professionals oversee the designed control measures and apply Best Management Practices (BMPs) in changing field conditions. This results in our team providing cost-efficient, timely, and effective erosion control.
