Marine Construction Expertise

Weather, tides, currents, and limited access can’t hold us back.

From shoreline restoration, breakwater installations, wetland rehabilitation, dam rehabilitation, and shallow- and deep-water dredging, The Wesson Group has the experience and know-how to meet the challenges of marine construction, while staying on schedule and budget. Marine construction projects have many unique challenges, including weather, tides, currents, and access. Our work involved land and water-based projects requiring unique equipment and specialized practices.

Breakwater Installation

Our heavy marine construction work is central to helping abate the challenge of rising water levels and intensified wave action that threatens coastlines, beaches, and wildlife habitat. Breakwater installations provide protection for property and habitats, creating a more sustainable community.

Wetland Restoration

Wetland restoration involves channel excavations, replanting vegetation, and invasive species control. It is critical to preserving ecosystems that are vital to our environment. The Wesson Group is committed to addressing the threats to our region’s wetlands through these restoration projects.

Hear From Our Construction Clients & Partners

“First off I’d like to say good job to TWG and EDR team members for keeping this site looking so great! Furthermore KUDOS to the designed erosion and sediment control measures that successfully mitigated a couple of intensive rain events.  It wasn’t perfect, maintenance is required, and that maintenance is being performed with due diligence.  Keep up the good work.”
