Speaker 1 I really didn't choose The Wesson Group, The Wesson Group chose me. When we started The Wesson Group, we were going to start a company that was a family company, where we were going to control our own outcomes. And we were going to take care of our most valuable assets, them assets being the people, right? So that's why I chose The Wesson Group. Speaker 2 Out of college, I started working for another company, and that company was lacking in the development and the safety culture area. And growing up listening to dinnertime talks, I expected that and was disappointed when I found out that that company was lacking. And that was just another reason why I was so excited to get the opportunity to come and work for Wesson. Speaker 3 Choosing The Wesson Group was easy for me, you know. I was looking for a place that I could call my home and come to work with my family. And that's what I found here from day one, when I started getting to know the team, and then seeing the culture that exists within The Wesson Group. That's something that I knew I wanted to be a part of. Speaker 4 I'm most proud of what I've been able to accomplish. Not only in my career, but as a person faced with challenges that we face every day at work. It's given me a perspective outside of work to really deal with challenges. And, you know, I credit that to my experience at The Wesson Group because of the challenging nature of our business, the challenging nature of our work. It kind of all goes together, right? And it allows me to really be a better all-around person. Speaker 5 I keep choosing The Wesson Group, because of the employees and the support that we have for each other going through projects on-site, off-site, after hours, not just work-related activities, but family-related, any personal activities, and we’re just there for each other. Speaker 6 I knew from the beginning it was going to be a success. Speaker 7 The people are our success, and really, it's a family culture. We didn't necessarily realize it in the beginning, but when we were hiring people, we were hiring based on core values. And that's really the glue that brings us all together and makes sure that we're successful. Speaker 8 I am very happy to be a part of The Wesson Group. Speaker 1 Our values drive everything we do. They are so much more than just words to us. They're how we all succeed together. Speaker 2 We are proud that our people walk the talk every day. Speaker 4 I think that Tim has definitely instilled the family values to the leaders coming up. And beyond. Like I say, he's gone right from each intern coming in, you know, he always makes a point to try to meet them all, know them all. And I believe he's instilled that in the leaders to come. I definitely believe that they all are very caring, they encourage everything that you can want out of a company. Speaker 5 The value at The Wesson Group that means the most to me is we do what's right. You can bring that into every aspect that you do. It can mean that we do what's right for our people; we do what's right for our client. It can stem into every single core value that we have. So do it right. Speaker 6 One of the most important things, to me, at The Wesson Group is we encourage continuous education. And we do it for everyone, not just for people that are high level, not just for managers, everyone is encouraged to grow and develop. The way I think of it is we want them to learn to spread their wings and soar. I love that about here. Speaker 7 Teamwork is a really important value to us and it is very similar in the military as well. We learned about being selfless in the military. And here that's really put into play. We look at it from a standpoint of when we create a job and do a project, at the end of the day, we as a team created it, The Wesson Group did it. And it's not about what I did or me. It's about us and we. Speaker 8 Here at The Wesson Group, we go above and beyond what is dictated and what is required, both in a contractual standpoint, but also as an internal standpoint. We find ourselves in a position where we're always questioning. We're always hungry for that knowledge and thirst within the industry, to better a process to better an outcome. And I have found that TWG sets expectations much higher than the industry requires. And that's a reason why clients come back and people want to work for us.
